To receive the tasks in the app our Shippers need to have a score average of 4.5 of 5. Find out now how to keep your score above this average.


After receiving the task in the App, if you really can do it and are ready to go to the pick up point, click on “accept task” and go to the address that is showing on the app.

If you accepted the task we are counting on you. If you think you won’t be able to do the task, don’t accept it. Accepting tasks and not accomplishing it affect your score and might result on your block of Shippify.

Be on time, a lot of tasks have scheduled time to be delivered.

Remember, always introduce yourself and tell that you are a Shippify Shipper.

Check the number of products that were picked up with the number in the App. Never accept products that are not listed on the App or money to do more deliveries. This attitude is dangerous and will block your account in Shippify.

Never accept money for the delivery, we take care of payments so you can take care of providing a 5 stars experience.

Always be careful with the packages. It’s important for you to take care of the safety of each package during the transport.


After all the packages are picked up, check the informations about the delivery on the App.

If it’s not possible to follow the route created in the App, due to any reasons, use applications like Waze and Google Maps to help you, they will also support you to avoid areas with heavy traffic and to find faster roads. Get to know the city and choosing the best route results in faster deliveries and more tasks to you.

When you arrive at your destination you must know the name of the person who will receive the package, don’t forget checking these informations on the App or on the package itself before knocking the door.

Say good morning, good afternoon or good evening, tell your name and that you are a Shippify Shipper.


If you arrived at the delivery address and there is nobody to pick up the product, search on the app or on the product itself for the phone of the recipient. Try to contact him and find a solution. If it's not possible, leave the product with the doorman - if there is one - or maybe a neighbor.

Remember to write down the name, id, phone number and signature of the person who you left the package with. Take a picture of the id and the paper where you wrote these data. This is extremely important for your security and the package's.

If none of these options are possible, you must return with the products to the same pick up address in the same day. It's forbidden for the Shipper to keep the packages overnight and delivery on the next day. If it's not possible to return to the delivery address it's required for you to contact us and together we will find a solution.

If some misunderstanding happened between you and the client, keep calm and don't discuss. Remember that they are one of the responsibles for your evaluation. Contact us, we will help you to solve the problem.

Shippers who receive notes below 4.5 will be notified about their grades and if they don’t reach a better grade they will be banned from the Shippify app.
